Shipping policy
All of our orders are fulfilled by our shipping partner in New Jersey. Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow up to 10 days of processing time. Shipping transit times vary from 2-5 days based on your location.
We use both UPS and USPS for shipping carriers. Please utilize your tracking number for updates, we can only see your tracking information and will not be able to provide any further information beyond what shows on your tracking information. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim directly with them.
From time to time during peak buying season shipping may experience additional days. As a small business, we do our best to ship your orders in the order they are received and as fast as possible. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping.
