Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns & exchanges for eligible products that were purchased directly through our website within 30 days of the purchase date.

If you placed an order on our website and have concerns with the quality of a product you received, please use our return portal to begin a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unlaundered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (box & plastic sleeve).  Please take time to inspect your pillow to ensure there are no stains or hairs prior to sending it back. If your item is returned and does not meet the above conditions it will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.  Our manufacturing facility cannot accept or return products that do not meet this policy.  If you send in a soiled pillow back it will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Products sent back without prior approval will be disposed of by our manufacturing partner.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.  If your return fails inspection it will be disposed of and no refund will be given.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@peekaboopillow.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cost of shipping

Cost of return shipping labels will be deducted from final refund amount. Your return label may be more expensive than the original shipping fee charged. 

Please note, shipping fees will not be refunded that were paid by us or the customer when the original order was placed.  While we may offer free shipping, the shipping is not free.  We incur a shipping cost on every item sold, and as a small business the cost of shipping is a large cost.  When you return your product the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@peekaboopillow.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier provided to you at the time of purchase. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at support@peekaboopillow.com.  If you have purchased the shipping and delivery protection you are eligible for replacement.
